Milstein Adelman, LLP (“MA”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy of your information and provides this “Privacy Policy” to inform you as to, among other things, the type of information that MA gathers from you on the MA Website (“Site”), how such information may be used or disclosed by MA to third parties, and the efforts of MA to protect such information. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully. This Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Site. Your access and use of the Site indicates your acceptance of this Privacy Policy as part of the Terms of Use, which is a binding and enforceable contract between you and MA. This Privacy Policy may be updated or modified from time to time at the sole discretion of MA. INFORMATION COLLECTION
The Site does not track, collect, or distribute personal information about visitors (such as name, address, email address, telephone number, or any other information that might reasonably be used to identify visitors personally), except when specifically and knowingly provided by you. In the latter case, subject to any applicable laws, we may use your personal information to market products and services we believe might be of interest to you. MA may utilize software to collect and store various information about the usage habits and activities of users of the Site. If you have voluntarily submitted Personally Identifiable Information to us, MA will maintain the security of your Personally Identifiable Information by ensuring the information is only distributed within MA. Children Under 13
This Site is not directed at children 13 years of age or younger. MA, therefore, shall not intentionally collect information about any user under the age of 13.
