Recent Cy Pres Awards
Milstein Adelman LLP is proud to take an active role in philanthropic and community activities. To further that end, Milstein Adelman has directed millions of dollars in cy-pres monies to various charities. Below is a list of the firm's recent cy-pres awards:

  • The Susan G. Komen for the Cure: $2,200,000;
  • The American Diabetes Association: $1,100,000;
  • The Council for Responsible Nutrition Foundation: $400,000;
  • The Alliance for a Healthier Generation, a joint initiative of the William J. Clinton
  • Foundation and the American Heart Association: $325,000;
  • The American Diabetes Association: $325,000; and
  • The Lymphoma Research Foundation: $325,000.



Diversity Scholarship

MA 2009 scholarship award winner Sonia Rachael Marie Farber with California Bar Foundation President Mario Camara.

Additionally, Milstein Adelman has endowed a $25,000 law school scholarship to be awarded annually to a selected student at a California law school who has elected to devote his/her studies to public interest law.

  • The recipient for 2009 is SONIA RACHAEL MARIE FARBER who attends Stanford Law School.
