In the aftermath of the devastating earthquake in Haiti, the firm instituted a three-to-one employer matching program, generating over $36,000 in cash donations to the Red Cross relief efforts. MAK ANNUAL LAW SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP
MAK has endowed a $25,000 law school scholarship to be awarded annually to a selected student at a California law school who has elected to devote his/her studies to public interest law. The recipient for 2009 is SONIA RACHAEL MARIE FARBER who attends Stanford Law School.
